What SEO tools should I buy?

Hello blackhatters,
I was completely out of IM for more than 2 years and going to start again from the beginning of 2016. Before I was regular in BHW but unfortunately I forgot that accounts password even email so I begin with this new account. I have very small knowledge of building niche site (Amazon, Adsense) site and I completely don't have any idea on CPA, Leads, List etc etc. So I will begin from that Niche site creation later I will try others.

I want to gain experience in basic SEO tools and SEO strategy in next 45 days. I've already bought Long Tail Platinum and started finding keyword.

1. For Tier 1 link building I want to buy Web 2.0 account creation and manage tool. What tools should I buy for Web 2.0 account creation and manage?
2. For Tier 2 link building I want to buy Social Bookmarking account creation and posting tool so what tools should I buy for Social Bookmarking ?
3. Do I need ScarapeBox for Indexing or Pinging ?
4. Any other tool that I need for SEO like GSA?

I don't like to buy any tools with monthly subscription.

From where you buy your web 2.0 ? Do they provide all unique articles ? I actually planning to built web 2.0 properties with unique and fresh articles and want to do manually.

My kind advice to you this dude , Dnt go for any tools or software. my request to you that simply go with any seo service provider who is doing service using white method.Also you ask them regarding there history about keyword ranking and what are the method they will use, then you with that service provider again am telling dnt go with any tools

I pretty much do what asap1 does too. I buy web 2.0s with some authority behind them and use and indexing service. As for tools, I would go for GSA as well.

FCS networker for web2 creation and maintenance (lifetime subscr. is available if You dont like monthly) - however with it and every similar ^tool will be better to let You give some more from Your time to edit manually the web2s - change themes and default settings, create some custom page and category, upload an image for the author and edit the About pages. Of course it`s optional, it depends how much perfect You want to be Your Tier1.

and GSA for all the rest.
