The content is broadcasted for free so it doesnt hold any retail value and for many of the models such as the romanian ones on chaturbate and myfreecams the content is not copyrighted at all. The DMCA notice is just to scare people away since they are concerned about their friends and family from finding out. The models aren't going to actually risk suing you, since they would be outed as cam models by doing that.
I've been recording models for years now and have had no troubles at all. The cam sites make their money off of "whales" that want to "help" the models so people that are looking for free archived footage of the models aren't causing a loss to their income. So all it would bring is a waste of money tied up on a court case that they can spend improving their site and marketing. If they actually were interesting in stopping people recording the models, they wouldn't allow people to be able to record 500 or more at a time on a single ip.

a Code of Conduct is a ToS its not legally binding. You are worrying way too much

1. Free streams dont have retail value, so is not a criminal infringement
2. Many models are from countries where cam content is not copyrighted at all

Recording models has been going on for years and no one has been sued over it.

But today was a crazy day, my average is about 10 unique visits per day, and today i got almost 200 and $34dollars earned on my account, but instead of be happy for that i was wondering if someone can be using my ref links to mess up my accounts

Am i beeing too paranoic or am i a real proof this method works perfect?

It's possible that some of your videos went viral, it happened to me in first month when I started, Pornhub placed my video on their homepage and I got like 1000 clicks, I was fuck*ng scared that CR will ban me or something.

It shows it's uploading but it's not made any progress and I am getting the message "Unkown status... Upload is starting. Please wait."

I'm in the States and have good internet so not sure wtf is going on.

Edit: Holy crap. Somehow the filesize went from 22MB to over 3 GB lol that's crazy! Will do WMV instead of AVI this time
