Weird that there's been no response or update. Did this group just pack up and leave town?

They have done this before, there is a problem with WAC and they are nowhere to be seen, then they suddenly reappear and fix the issue after sometime (days/weeks). The problem is they don't let anyone know or send out a email to all or even a message on the forums to say they know of the issue and are fixing it. They just let everyone sit there scratching their heads "hoping" the problem gets fixed.

The problem with this approach is that they are only hurting themselves because they have other products. So why would anyone want to invest in another products from these guys when they know this kind of thing happens with another one of their products? I would never buy another product from these guys because the support and bugs on WAC are so bad.

i'm sure these new problems with WAC will get fixed... when? your guess is a good as mine. For now I can scrape but cannot download from the database. it still works but I have to use proxies.

Looks like I'll have to do the same, unfortunately I don't have scrapebox to build a site list. Any suggestions?

Their domain expired. Really crap because at least a mail about the same should had been sent to customers.
Seems i wasted my money on WAC. Wuld never buy again from these people.

yup its down. We are fixing the problem. The server was getting shut down because of more requests. We are shifting the server so need to update WAC.

I am working on fixing few bugs and adding more features. Should not take more than a week for 3.9., Just talking to few customers about problems they are having.

So much for it not taking more than a week...

Unfortunately, at this rate it looks like I may need to pick up a copy of kontent machine. I'm going to give them a few days before I dispute the claim and get my money back, but if nothing changes I'm sure it's just a matter of time before this thread is closed. If by some miracle this actually comes back and you are in the market for a content scraper, keep looking and avoid WAC. The support is awful and the connection to their DB has been spotty since I purchased it a couple months ago.

Anyone know of a program that can generate 100's of titles in spintax format from a list of keywords like WAC can? I know of Uberztools, but @ $67/mth it's a little expensive for just using as a title generator.

Spoke with OP. He had some issues with registrar, which are now fixed and is now working on an update for WAC.

Told him it was poor on his part in terms of communication and suggested he lets everyone know in future, as it can look very shifty and cost everyone time and money (including himself).

apologies to everyone. The registrar (1and1) put me in a lot of fix. Had trouble replying to so many emails. Thank god the login was not set on that domain. Try using the database now and see if you get any articles? Update 3.9 will be coming out in few days. I had changed something which will be removed.
