Adsense related question,For help

I have 3 website Like Example.blogspot.com,Example.com,Example2.com

My hosted adsense account was Disabled from example.blogspot.com on January-2012.
For this adsense account,My address was: A

Then i have created another website with some Health related content for Example.com
I have applied again adsense using Example.com,And adsense didn't approve my account since March-2015.
Adsense Not approve reason:Content issue
This time i use my address: B

Now this November-2015 ,I have created new website Example2.com,New Hosting,New Domain,New computer, with all unique articles from Native writer.
Already invested more than $800+ for this website.

My question is,Now can i use Same address: B for applying adsense?
or Adsense will Disabled again for address issue?

Actually i have no other address for adsense account.So can you please tell me from your experience,what should i do?

Hi I'm not an expert but can tell you that if you spent $800+ FOR YOUR SITE why not to spend just $25 for your new adsense account on fiverr and btw about address: 77 Franklin Ave Apt 123 OR #77 Franklin Ave Apt123 OR 77 Franklin Avenue Apt 123 is still the same address so you can have hundreds accounts with same name and different addresses as in above example. So just buy an account, attach your site and go ahead)

Thank you for your information,i know there is many seller for adsense account,But Actually i want a legit account that will be approve by my website, I will follow your address changing system.
