Use adsense code from one site on another

Hi all,

im curious to know if google are aware when adsense code belonging to one website is used on another website.

for example, lets say Mr Smith has a legit, adsense compliant website that is doing really well. makes a nice living with the adsense from that site.
then he thinks of a great idea for another website. this one however can easily get him banned from adsense as it involves copyright issues.

if Mr Smith uses the adsense code from his main website on the sketchy second website, does Google know that some of his earnings are coming from another website?
if so, does Mr Smith run the risk of having his account banned?

Yes, because it's the same account on 2 sites. If you care about your adsense account, don't put it on sketchy sites.

Just say no to messed up with adsense account if you already have good earning from that account

Yes, because you're using the same account. It's not worth fucking around with Adsense. I got click bombed and was completely innocent and they killed my account. I got it back, but still it was a pain. Their excuse is that you're supposed to be watching your account, but mine happened overnight so I had to tell them that I was sleeping ffs. I got lucky though. Lots of people don't get their accounts back. If you care about your adsense earnings, don't fuck around with the big G.
