Wierd access problem

If you're already logged on and access BHW you get a notice that the site is down. Logout and login again, and you're allowed access.

Something seems misconfigured :)

keen observation...It's was down for 2 days or so, the servers have been screwy..
 
every time i goto straight to the site via blackhatworld.com i get the following message...

"you do not have permission to access this page" i then have to refresh and then all is good????
 
I don't know if Dave is still getting the new server ready and all the data transfered, so it may have bumps like that.
 
This problem is still present, for me. I access the main page and get a message I dont have enough privileges, then logout, login, and things are OK till next time. Note that I wasnt logged out, I am still recognized as FleshJoe, just I cannot access the forum while logged in.
 
This is the message I'm getting:

FleshJoe, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I still get this at the main page(the new sever is up).:pound:

Bump... still a problem... What to do? How do you guys work around this?
 
I couldn't access the forum for nearly 2 days. I hope the database transfer to the new server is completed by now.
 
The homepage has vbadvanced installed on it. My programmer was going to fix it today but ran out of time. I was promised it will be fixed 100% tomorrow :)

The reason you couldn't access the forum is because we moved hosts and switched DNS name servers. Depending on where you live it can take up to 24 hours for it to propagate.

yeh i get that among other errors. like when trying to check credits it gives me a wordpress error lol. and when i try to check messages, i can't access them....but it's been fun fighting the forum! wooha! :swordfigh

Credits link issues has been fixed.
