Where is the balance of articles you promised 2 MONTHS AGO?

How the fuck does it take a few months to deliver some articles? My emails are also unanswered.

thank you for bringing this up to us,

we're investigating all records we have which related to this situation and
we'll get back to you with the result soon afterwards.

there was a staff change on the late August 2015 and this could be (one of the possible)
reason of the incomplete delivery few of the ordered articles, which (off course) shouldn't
be the excuse for whatsoever.

we will treat this an an urgent matter.

there are 86 articles, each of them ranged from 300-350 words/article

I've also sent you separate email on the delivery schedule we need to make
on this project and I'm sure you guys will be able to do it even better like
