We currently pay only per revshare (no geos) but we are going to launch a ppi program very soon. US installs will be paid $1, probable $0.6 for CA.
Of course, I'll let you know as soon as our program is live.

There are few rev share networks with silent installers but they are trying to keep themselves very private, so I guess nobody would share them because they doesn't tolerate it.

I do not recommend CCLUB, we sent 9 executions as a test and only 2 were reported in their stats. When asked why they blamed it on technical issues on their side.
Watch our for their exe, they claim its a socks proxy but its more than that..... Stay away.
