Scrape a contact email from 3,000 regular sites

I have a list of 3,000 sites & i want to contact each site owner by email IF they have their email published on the site. I need a top-class scraper (ie will extract any possible email... even if not a link, written blahblah [at] hotmail.com etc.

Different sites so no proxies required. Require a search homepage and 2nd level only (ie contact page too) - I do NOT want whois scraping

This is probably doable by scrapebox in a matter of minutes but I don't have and would rather pay someone who has done before.

Pls email price - as i said regular everyday sites. Many won't have an email

Open a shitlist thread against him to get your money back or atleast he will get banned.
