OP, from the experience you have acquired failing (if you got any) you should be able to answer your own questions by now. It seems to me you are still undecided on what to do. That one blog that got you 100 - 200 visitors daily why not put effort into it. Write decent content instead of scraping and patching ezine articles.

Pick up that blog, clean it up, repeat what you did that got you 100 visitors over and over..

How long did you spend on the ventures you listed? Not getting results after a week and moving on to the next thing is not a good approach to take.

Rather spend as much time as possible working on something. Do the best work you can for at least a month, and then see what happens.

For example Fiverr, why not add more gigs and advertise them in Facebook groups or forum signatures? If all else fails, you can just change your gigs and offer something else. Fiverr has a ton of people looking for the most random things.

My point is that it's EASY to make money there, if you put the time and effort in. The same could probably be said about the other things you've tried.

Just look at all the big health blogs. Look at all their articles, then research the topics .it is just all about keyword research.

hey, i dont think i'm best person to give an advice when it comes to IM, there are many blue names who know better than me, but i would say find a niche that you love and dig deep in it, here i'm gonna share you best coding site i've ever found : www.codecademy.com and i'm learning html recently.
i'm only working on one simple big project, i'm not making any serious money except some cents from adsense, but i believe im on the right track with solid steps.
