Ebook Journey in High School

What's up guys, Im in high school at the moment, and I would like to be able to afford college and have not debt left over when Im done. So Im writing an ebook. I am writing this on a topic I know a lot about through personal experience (Im not telling you so dont bother asking.). Anyway, this journey is more for me, but Im keeping you guys updated on here in case your interested too. Ill be posting my goals everyday and updating you on if I completed them.

Goals for today:

Make a cover for the book
Start the website
Get the paypal buttons

Goals for tomorrow:
Do research on kindle store and other ebook stores
Finish the website

Creating your own website and and marketing your book yourself will probably grant you more profit per sale, but why not use an outlet like Amazon KDP where there are already millions of users on it everyday? This is primarily the reason I sell on Ebay because the traffic is already there. Just an idea OP.

Hi, I think In going to sell it on both my website and on the kindle store, that way it is easier to advertise because I can use my own site.

Just figured I'd post an update. I have achieved all of my goals yesterday, and I am on track to do the same with my goals today.

Little update on yesterday's goals

research DONE
website. Mostly done

Today I am taking a break from the ebook due to a lot of homework,

My goals for Thursday are
finish the website
buy a domain and register hosting
Start researching sources of information for the ebook

Unfortunately, I've had to take off today, Friday, and Thursday for family reasons, but Ill be back at it tomorrow.
