Service Update I am currently having problems with my archive site rebuilding software. I purchased the platinum package and everything is as described in the OP.
2 different registrars, 10 different host, hosting cost is about $30 a month.
The average metrics are: 31 PA, 23 DA, 18 TF, 24 CF
5 domains had 10-20 referring domains and the other 5 had 30-70 referring domains.
This is a great service for those who want to skip the hassle of building PBNs, 10/10 service.

Some of you might have heard that the latest moz update has been kind of crazy. DA and PA measures have dropped 5 points on average across the board. Did sites become less valuable in the last day? No. So according to this latest update, moz scores for DA and PA will be 5 points lower to 15 and 20 respectively. To be perfectly frank, the metrics aren't what matter. It's the backlinks that count.

Hey thanks for the questions. Yes, we do block spiders. No, we do not add additional pages with these packages. These are basic sites to get you up and running. If you want to build them out (and I recommend that you do), then that will be up to you.

This is an excellent service and will save a lot of guys a lot of time and effort. I got the middle package as a discounted review package and burnett4congress had a tech issue so he upgraded me to his best package for free... I offered to pay for the upgrade but he would have none of that.
All communication was quick and very professional and the sites look as you would want them to for a PBN, like regular sites. Webmaster type sites with some very good plugins and the content was very good site content, not cheap, slap something up there content.
The domains all had decent backlinks and were not used as spam sites in their history and, although we had the DA update the past week, the DA was fine by me. Some had dropped a little and he offered to replace them but I usually look for backlinks before I concern myself with DA/PA/metrics and these were solid there.
They are all hosted in different places so there is no footprint at all as to IPs as well. That itself is worth half the price of admission as setting up those hosting accounts can be time consumptive and annoying to say the least.
There are also some times shared to maintain and grow the sites to keep Google all fat and happy as well.
All the login creds, site info, IPs, hosting, registrars, plugin information (Good stuff there!) and the suggestions to maintain the site all come in a clean excel sheet so that you can just put that in your PBN folder.
Delivery was timely as well as there was no delay even though he had a minor tech issue in the process.

These are basic sites with a wide variety of themes. So your sites are going to look different visually. What really matters for a PBN site is that the domain has good links that can convey authority to your target site.

First let me say communication was great.
Very few sellers will 'do the right thing' without you asking. As some may know I am neck deep in a few journey threads on this site including a case study which involves building a site with other Jr VIPs. I also have my other sites, am training VAs at the moment and have been interviewing for a new 9 - 5. Needless to say, I am busy right now.
What does that have to do with this? Well, while doing this Moz updated their metrics, so PA / DA took a hit. The OP sent me a PM telling me what happened, and offered to give me two free replacement domains, bumping my package up to twelve PBN sites set up. I never replied to the PM because I was busy. OP went ahead and did two extra domains and gave me the domains which no longer made the cut to me for free.
What does this mean? I got two free domains, two free one month hosting, and two free PBN set - ups all included. I happen to think that is stellar customer service and an amazing thing for a seller to do. For those of us who do not want to baby sellers and expect a professional to do this, OP is your man.
Onto the actual domains.
Average metrics were:
PA - 33
DA - 20
CF - 26
TF - 15
These are average stats for the domains, some were far higher, others slightly lower. The slightly lower which brought the average down are the two domains the OP replaced. So take that for what it is worth, the domains are better than the averages provided. I would like to note these domains are better than most domains PBN Post sellers offer. As in those $10 a link sellers where they limit OBL to 10, these metrics are about or better than what people offer in the marketplace. Plus you only have one OBL, which makes these very powerful.
These are the same domains you buy in the marketplace for $25. These domains are better than most domains being sold for $5 and about average for the $25 price range on BHW. That makes this a far better deal.
The OP provides a user guide on how to build out these PBN sites and other useful tips. This is great for a newbie to figure things out.
Additionally, OP explains why plug ins and themes were chosen. Without going through every site yet in the C - Panel and wordpress set up, I only saw one 'potential' foot print. But with this entire package, a single foot print is less than most people will do for a site.
In perspective, when I build a PBN I usually have 2 or 3 footprints but let them slide because I am lazy. The one footprint OP may have is honestly a very small footprint. So much so that most people wont even notice this. This is me being anal, picking out one potential flaw.
At the end of the day, OP set these up better than I would myself. The sites are more secure, done manually, and everything is done perfectly.
I did order the platinum package so all of the content was written for my sites. Most sites included video or image and articles were unique and very readable.
The final part, the report, was a slam dunk. Clear and easy to understand. That was the icing on the cake.
To re-cap:

I have nothing negative to say. I paid $199 for my package, which is a steal. At $399 for ten sites, you pay under $40 a domain, plus one month hosting.
A single site set up sells for around $50 on a site like source market and you pay for the domain and hosting yourself. On BHW you can pay $X,XXX to have a ten site PBN set up. Having looked at both options, OP has better quality and provides the best value I have seen for PBN set up.
Get this while it is hot. If OP really limits this to 20 people a month, I expect price increases soon to keep up with demand. In a couple months I will be ordering another set of sites because this is actually cheaper than me buying the domains myself and having a VA rebuild the site. Think about that for a moment and then decide if you want to order.

Domain Metrics
I saw burnett4congress uses PA/DA/TF/CF which I think are good metrics but I personally use Ahrefs as my primary metric (in combination with the above as well) so I was excited to see how his valuation of domains compares to mine. After looking through these domains and analyzing them, they were actually very, very good. All have legit link profiles with diverse link sources. A few have lower link quantity but that's expected, you're not going to get every domain with hundreds or thousands of backlinks. Where they lacked quantity, they made up in quality. Overall these are very good. 9/10
Content
I was expecting a mediocre, tier 2 type article for these but was actually presently surprised. The content reads well, not perfect but still extremely high quality. Each was formatted with relevant photos. Much high quality than I expected. 10/10
Service
burnett4congress is quick with his PMs and as a few other members above report, there was a snag with the service that he communicated to us quickly and allowed us to upgrade at no charge. Awesome! 10/10
Wordpress themes
The only real issue (if you even want to call it an issue) would be investing a little more in making these themes look more unique or niche relevant. The themes are a bit generic but I can understand from a service provider to focus on more important aspects (such as the domain metrics and content). 8/10

Yes, these are all expired domains. You can get stronger domains at auctions, but then you're paying $200 per domain minimum.
I love this question. People have been saying PBNs will die for years now. PBNs will be around for as long as links matter for your rankings. Even after that there are ways to turn PBNs into referral generators.
