How Many Twitter Accounts Can We Open A Day?

I'm wondering how many twitter accounts can we open a day?
I tried 20 accounts and all 20 accounts got suspended the next day.

So what's the max safe level?

I've made 200-300 a day several times, the only way I even can seem to get banned on Twitter is if I DM spam.

Was changed a few days ago to only be able to create 10 per IP per day, but hell that's safer in the long run anyways. It's basically Twitters message to us saying to cover our tracks better.
