Honestly, first impression here was great. Service was definitely superior to the experience at We Love Servers. First few days everything was super fast and I'd be hard pressed to find any issues.
Then, my VPS goes down. None of the administrative actions are working from the website. I tried calling the support phone number listed and it's disconnected... who knows if it ever worked. Submitted a ticket and still waiting on "24/7" support to respond...

Hello,
We experience some network issue (in Canada/US), some of the customers are affected.
All the affected servers are up but there is a problem with the network. We are doing our best to fix all the affected servers. Most of them are okay by now.
I am really sorry, but sometimes hardware fails and this happens. We are doing our best to fix everything asap.

listen, honestly i like the speed and the power of vps, but i pay money for that and don't like the fact that can't access it for 2 days and there is no one in support team who can be online and help me
