hostwinds.com and my sites have been down for almost an hour, get it together guys

EDIT- up now, total downtime- 1.5 hours

We did have some network maintenance during that time.

The network changes went as planned, and we have no more network events planned. This outage, was done to prevent possible catastrophic outages in the future. We greatly appreciated everyone's patience during this time.

Its been hardly a month and a half since i got their hosting package to give it a try and all i can say is they are one of the worst hosting service, their own site along with their server has been down for last three hours. I tried to reach this guy on skype and he told me they got DDoS attack and it will be back in few minutes.
An hour passed and he did not even reply to my messages on skype, luckily i had backup host so i changed the DNS. While im writing this, i still did not get any response on skype. Would not recommend this service at all. wasted my money with them and all i got is downtime on my money sites.
