What are safe FL Unfollow settings?

Title says it all. I have been inactive for about 2 months and from what I have read previously unfollowing now increases your risk of being banned.

I use to unfollow 1000-1500 people a day with no problem. What is safe delay and total unfollows per day?

do unfollow 1200 per day... unfollow is not a big issue on instagram... it jsut going to left a few temp blocked after a while unfollowing and cant follow anymore

Is it better just to unfollow manually? I'm using instgress right now. My account is 2 years aged. I don't wanna lose it
