I have a dynamic IP. I assume when my IP changes I would need to change the account settings for the proxies too?

Not required to change account settings but you'll need to re-authenticate your new IP but in most cases if you have a static IP then no need to change it

When ever your IP changes you need to Authenticate Your IP address then you can use proxies.

but you may be misunderstood for which packages it works and note that coupon code is for the first 3 packages which are 10, 20 and 30 proxies packages and for 100 proxy package you'll get quantity discount automatically and it's the lowest rate per proxy which is $0.45/per proxy month and it's the best rate from us.

Google has a protection barrier against rapid automated queries, so in order to prevent issues you'll need to apply proper delay settings in Scrapebox and limit the number of threads used based on the number of proxies used, a tutorial can be found here: http://buycheapproxy.org/scrapebox-delay-settings-for-private-proxies/
