As with anything though, once you get started, see how you can modify it to fit your needs & make it work for you! Dont follow everything word for word, always take everything with a grain of salt and realize just because it is working for someone who has uploaded X amount of videos in X amount of time, does NOT mean that is the scale by which you yourself will see success.
Quality is king - utilize laser targeted extremely niche relevant optimized vids / descriptions / category & kw use in conjunction w/ your own ideas and taste. This is imperative in your development for this type of method - be smart, be creative & make it happen
