You join multiple Public/Private Boards firstly.
Boards are filled with images. Example - http://prntscr.com/8zo4si
Think of it like a couple of Instagrammers constantly sharing photos related to a niche but within a closed group. Only difference is,the image directly leads to the source's website.
So if you were to join multiple boards and have multiple accounts and set up auto repinning you'd see a considerable amount of traffic to your sites.
Best niches - Adult,Fashion,Food,Humor.

Can someone tell me why my traffic from Pinterest raise up from 5 real time visitors to over 100 and after 5 minutes go down to 5-10 visits.

On my Instagram I do have art niche account. Pinterest would be perfect for art...but will it help me to drive traffic to onlineshop like instagram does?

i just started playing around with it with some of my shirts. I did a few pin and did a boost and got a good amount of traffic to my site. Now need to tweak it to get some conversions.

Pinterest is a great traffic source for online marketer, So I would like to say you can use Pinterest only to achieve your target easily. Best of luck
