I submitt a Quote, Usually I don't use this kind of services and I do all the seo by myself but I want to make some other things with my time, like niche research, btw my site it's already positioned and doing good money, but I'm looking for someone to take care of my other sites and this one, so I will take this like an experiment and hopefully get the service for other of my sites.

Just requested a quote. This is for a client who is a singer and is hoping to use your services to rank his videos high on YouTube for his covers of popular songs. If he can get a high ranking, then he'll receive more views from the wave of people constantly searching for the new song. Is this feasible? If so, willing to start with you all ASAP.

My review: one of the worst services i have ever received
after 2 month subscribing to this service my keywords gone from N/A to N/A
Now i have to find these links they have built to my site and remove them in hope to revert damage they have done, if there is still hope to rank one day .
After receiving quote, Leith will forward your campaign to someone else and you will never hear from him again, yes, you will be ignored. It seems like he is just reseller and by the quality of service received i am guessing your seo will be done by someone from Fiverr.
Whenever you ask about progress of your keywords you get short, but sharp answer
After 2month of no progress whatsoever when it is obvious that i won't extend my subscription this guy comes to me and says: 'we are now using different strategy to rank keyword'
Hope this review helps someone who is unsure about this service and my advice is when you read other reviews ignore the ones from people with very few post count.

I am literally sitting here laughing at your review, simply because of how daft it sounds.
First of all, thanks for the honest review.. you are free to post your thoughts, but maybe next time take some time to actually check what you're writing to see if what you're saying is completely true? At the moment, most of the things you've said in the review is garbage and it seriously makes me laugh at how someone can be so senseless. Don't get me wrong - I love criticism and we always try to improve our services based on feedback, but when a review is mostly incorrect, I have no option but to provide my own counter/thoughts.
1. Correction: after 2 months of using our service - your rankings have gone from: NA to #68 and NA to #70 for what I'm sure you'll agree are 2 VERY tough keywords. We never claim this service to be fast in terms of results, and if you're seriously judging this service after 2 months - you, my friend, need a reality check. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but it's extremely upsetting to see a review that isn't even true the slightest. The only issue with your rankings just now is the fact that the above rankings are for your inner pages and not your homepage. This is something that is not in our control. Google can sometimes pick an alternative inner page that they feel is more relevant/appropriate to rank for a certain keyword as opposed to another URL... and there is nothing we can do about that as this is all based on their algorithm. Many of our clients go through a similar phase when using our services and the solution is simple - after a while, Google will automatically replace the rankings to the homepage. We even explained this to you on Skype.. before you magically disappeared and failed to reply back to us when we offered to provide an explanation.
2. You're now accusing me off a reseller who sends your campaign to "someone else" to deal with? Why don't you take a look back at our initial Skype conversation and you'll know that "Remmy" is actually my partner for BlueMist SEO. He is not a "supplier" and he is definitely not some random "someone else". He owns this service just as much as I do. Ask any one of my clients and they'll tell you who Remmy is and what his position in this service is. Again, before making an accusation, get your facts straight. And for your information, I looked back at the group chat on Skype just now, and I have replied to you several times (usually within minutes) when you ask me questions.
3. We are indeed in the process of upgrading this service as we have carried out a few changes. We had already planned this upgrade long before we spoke to you about your campaign, so we definitely did not say that to you just because you were complaining. Feel free to ask some of my clients who know about this upgrade and they'll tell you the truth. Stop making useless accusations when you don't even know the full story.
Thanks for your review, but from what I can see here, your review is completely useless. Your keywords are ranking (albeit for the wrong URL just now - but that will soon change).. and the other comments you made in the review are brilliant - thanks for giving me a good laugh.. but next time, please, double check what you're writing to check if any of it is true as you seem to love to jump to conclusions immediately.

Well, as with any SEO service - you're not always going to be able to get results. SEO services are not the holy grail to ranking your website to the top easily. It's a lot harder than that. Some people purchase our service with an open mind, WITHOUT any extreme expectations. We're not promising #1 rankings or anything like that. When a client purchases our service with significantly high expectations, it's not always possible for us to fulfil that. We do our very best with every campaign, but there are bound to be some campaigns that just won't react the way we want it to. Results might be slow or there might be no results at all. This is not something we have full control over. At the end of the day, we do our best to ensure you're satisfied. A SEO service is just like any other investment - in the sense that there may be times where it just won't work the way you want it to.
