It's too early to tell serp movements so I'll leave that for another time.
With most services they claim "manually created content by a native English speaker". It's probably the biggest lie in link building. The quality of the content of this service is excellent. It's clearly written by someone fluent in English.
The "look" of the websites are also good.
I also checked the domains and they are not spammed.
All in all, it's a really good service and should be safe.
