Trouble with new paypal account

Hello everybody, my name is Paul and I am new to the forum.
I just made a new paypal and ebay account after being banned, Ive started selling again but discovered that paypal wont let me receive or "claim" payments. They are asking me to upgrade to a business account which is requiring a social security number.
Does anybody know of a way around this?

Maybe they just recognize you for using same Ip/Information as the suspended account.
Open a safe stealth account, they wont even ask you for verification, and if so. be creative.
The only thing hard to verify is the SSN or EIN in the states, since this is accutually illegal.
Open a basic stealth account, Open a basic stealth Paypal, Only thing you'll have is the 21 days hold on your Paypa, but it will end in 3 month.

dude, working on accounts with false SS# attached is risky and can land us in lot of trouble

I've seen that same question asked and answered several times this week. You can go stealth, or you can upgrade to a business account and provide your SSN #, or you can create an LLC and provide a working tax #
