Paypal and linking bank account problems

So Im looking to purchase an account that has limits of 500/25000. The account will be aged and come free of the MC999 error. The only problem is I will have to link a bank account to the Paypal that this comes with.

I have been banned from both eBay and Paypal, If I link a bank account under my name to this new Paypal, won't I be banned immediately? How can I link an account to Paypal without getting screwed?

No, the bank only gives paypal two pieces of information

1. Is this a valid account number?

2. Can this account receive deposits?

Paypal can dig further to find out the real info behind the account, but bank will not give paypal any more info unless compelled by a court order and unless you've done EXTREMELY shady stuff, most of the time they will not.

Absolutely not. Make sure the bank account that you will be attaching is not the old one. When you will be attaching a bank, Paypal will assume it's the name of the owner of the Paypal account and proceed to send micro deposits (dont choose instant verification process). Mismatch deposits work with many banks in US
