So i have been seeing this quite often in my niche and it is pissing me off because its used to spam malware ridden survey crap. What better way for Google to fix this spam than outing this to public and everyone using it. It will get fixed in weeks if not days. This is what happened to the Google news spam where you could rank anything and quickly get in google news, i knew about it and constantly saw it used by spammers until Google fixed it in May or April of this year. People have no imagination, that could have been used to build big brands instead of spam and Google still would have no idea but meh, i digress.
It involves creating a Youtube playlist with your keyword related content and a link to your site. Spammers are using this to link to their surveys and shitty sites. Like this (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEgRTr-fiHzCS5MObrkFhmy0RB35IqAfv) or IMG in case the channel gets deleted

The beauty is you don't need to create a video, no worries about views or likes/dislikes or anything like that. Now thats fine, now to rank it. This is how i have seen the spammers do it. Link to it from a tumblr and then build links to the tumblr post. Or build links directly to the youtube playlist.
The trick here is to spam the authority sites which Google index really fast like howtoforge.de, c-sharpcorner.com, even reddit just to name a few that i am seeing this scammer use. The point is to link from as many authority sites as possible, the link will get deleted but not before Google indexes it and it takes Google sometime to re-crawl and see the link is gone.
Its ridiculous how great this is working, The playlist ranks at the very top. There are two or three youtube playlists showing in the same Google SERPS.
That is it. This obviously will not work with very hard competition keywords or where authority sites are rankings but for new movie releases or music etc this is working like magic. Basically any new release type of keyword. At least thats where i am seeing it, i don't want to tell the exact niche to not out it
