Interested.. But I'm going to need to see the sites thus the niche, but you mention not giving out the niche in the Op.

I'm going to want to go through both sites link profiles and history before buying. If all the earnings are due to search engine traffic I want to make sure those are not going to tank on the next update or when ever due to SEO that's been done. One of those ranking reports looks to be going down hill already.

I'm using mostly Blog networks to rank. Once you purchase I tell teh exact strategy to rank. I know my strategy is great as I haven't been penalized at all

Traffic seems to drop since the beginning as that time was when this niche exploded and it kinda fell but it's staying up still. No its not a seasonal keyword. Most traffic was in that time as the niche exploded at that time and kinda fell a few notches but it is stable since then.

1. It's gaming basically.
2. Well if they must complete a survey you are kinda fooling them either way I mean, those CPA incentive offers are more phishy than anything haha. Technically its legit as people get what they are looking for.
3. Well, I got a hostwinds deal around 2 years ago about black friday and I get hosting at $5/m lol. Other services are not directly related to the sites but help in ranking etc (like serpbook). So basically I would say around $50-$80 a month or so if you don't want to rank more keywords etc.

Yes PBNs. Well if that happened that would be very bad luck for buyer lol.

Good luck man, this should be no-brainer. Maybe you could get more at Flippa, but that way everyone (Google included) would find out about your niche and PBN.

Well, I've been making money with these 2 sites for over a year now, so it's pretty clear they have been ranking at the top for over a year.

The history of this site?

Last year I made a silo site and simply let it wait for 8 months, in which time the site ranked on itself. A few weeks ago I decided to build links to it and it was simply a matter of building small amount of backlinks for rankings to go up.

The sites are sold as a bargain as one of my project is growing fast and I want it to grow faster, hence the price drop - $15,000.

I don't need money. I can surely wait, but the growth of my project would be slow as well. What I am doing here is to exchange value of the sites (selling them at a bargain price) to buy time, where buying time will allow me to grow a lot faster this project.

Look, I don't need your business, but this is a great opportunity for someone with money ready to take action as well as for me as I can scale my project a lot faster if I inject capital into it.

I say it's a limited time opportunity as I can certainly wait for these sites to bring money, but it would be better if I could have the money right now rather than in 10 months or so.
