Looking for advice on quality traffic

Hello Blackhatters!

Looking for advice here. I've been doing some arbitrage lately and I currently have a good offer. I am looking for quality traffic US/UK/CA/EU
Does anybody have any tips, how to come by good traffic?

I can find a lot of garbage traffic, i believe it's mostly junk/bot. But I don't want to water down my CTR to raise the impressions for a better CPM pay rate. I considered that, but I want to avoid the risk of an ad network not paying me.

I would like to avoid making mistakes, that will get me banned after I sign-up with a network. Please leave a comment or PM me, should you know a good source.

Have you tried FB Ads? Stuff can be powerful for paid traffic if you get it down to a science. Never hurts to try many sources to find which best brings you the ROI.
Also i believe Promoted Pins is now available, people have found this to be high quality buyer traffic.

Make sure your do your research before you get into that game though. It can get costly quickly

Costly as in you blow 1-3 grand in a week because you're trying to figure out how to make your offers convert. Powerful because if your offers convert you can scale and bank.

If you would want to buy traffic as well as get a lot of traffic why not get it from a DSP (demand side platform) cause it's better than contacting different ad exchanges and quite cheaper if they have a self-serve RTB. That's one of the reasons why I'm buying my traffic from Bluagile.
