im still searching for a place and looking over legal aspects of this business still. but today one of my past models wants to partner with me and start doing adult photo shoots and reselling the pictures and scenes thru clips4sale and pornhub.and hes willing to work for free and do scenes himself so i save money and just pay the female models. unfortunately its not gonna happen overnight as its going to take time on my part. that article is a great read though. gives me a couple ideas. im just not as hardcore as those guys. but i can see what your talking about how Europe can be shady in this business. Im planning on just running with the photo shoots and making profit on that so i can start putting money into the studio

you are making the legal stuff over complicated.
first, verify the girls are 18+ and have correct documentation. read the TOS of the affiliate websites you will be using.
next, pay taxes. i am pretty sure the affiliate websites provide 1099 forms for everybody.
location. you are not putting up a sign so it can be anywhere. rent a house and keep it quiet.
to the people saying pimps/mob are an issue: are you in the US?

i was going to say i havent seen seen pimp/mob activity but that's not true. i know the russians run one nearby strip club. (in Los Angeles)

im bumping this thread to update everyone
so here is the deal sense i last posted i got my former male model to agree to do a adult photo shoot. we are going to pay a model and go to a hotel and sell the pics.eventually we want to find several models and eventually sell video clips as well and make a profit from it. its a start the studio but i still got a long way to go. I am still reaching out to anyone that is currently running a webcam studio or has been in this business to mentor me and help me get this operation going. this is not a joke

then start doing videos in hotel rooms. save profits.
use profit to rent/buy HD cameras and other equipment.
rinse, repeat. save profit
use profit to rent "studio".
but before you do all that, do your first shoot. it sounds like you may have analysis paralysis.

you have a good point. Ive got two extremely good contacts so far and i just need to get the first shoot over with and everything will fall into place. Ive just been over thinking this stuff way too much lately. I just gotta take a risk and make it happen.
PM me i got girls down here in Texas I'm about to start a business Web Cam business too. Just researching all the legal content.

1. Location when you start out a House will do
2. Models
3. Legal Structure
4. Cash Any where 20-30k probably
5. Traffic. Models wont stay if they are not making any money
The average Model will work for you and other cam sites. Some use a video splitter so they can be on many sites at once
You have to give them a reason to work for you and not
Nite Flirt, Chaterbate etc
You will be competing against 3rd world Cam sites Think(Brazil, Czech or any Eastern Euro site
The pimps will be called Boyfriends and no they wont shake you down at least in the US but you need to keep the cash flow coming.
Clips4sale make sure your content is Unique or the girls is really hot. FemDom is big and so is the Foot Fetish.
The average Model is going to Charge 500-800 a day so make sure you have the shoot planned out as not waste any time
