Cloaking Question with WP and Aff links

When making a site (wordpress) with affiliate links on it, SEO-Yoast plugin gas a way of redirecting but they say there are others that are better. I am new to this online marketing and was nabbed by google on one site for not cloaking the links....

Pretty Link is used by quite a lot for cloaking affiliate links.

Oh, "real cloaking", my bad. Your question/first post was a bit unclear.

I am trying to post the links so they dont show up when you hold cursor over them and it shows a big huge affiliate link and also doesnt get you penalized by search engines

There are two types of cloaking:

1. Link cloaking or pretty links - you just need a WordPress pretty link plugin for this.

Well the type of cloaking I am talking about is, for example, if I hold the cursor over the link it shows on the bottom bar the full affiliate link. So cloak it or redirect so it doesnt show that. Also not to be nabbed by google index as they didnt like that or something they explained to me.
