DMCA Complaint

Hi, my porn web is down due a DMCA complaint, which tells me that I have copied material from another porn sites ( two of the most known), so my host, wich is is TMDHosting told me to delete any content of the copyright. I want to ask you guys, because I don't know at 100% if I have linked videos ( inside of an iframe) from video hosts like videomega or openload could have problems with copyright?

I want to belive that the problems of DMCA are from the images of preview. Btw, what could be the worst case if I keep posting content with copyright? I don't care if I lose the domain or i get kicked from the host, but If I have a penalty fee...for a student like me it could be hard hehe.

The DMCA action might depend on where you live. I dunno, but WOW, porno people are really taking the "integrity" of their digital property seriously! Sheesh, imagine the poor people (lawyers?) that have to hunt these violations down. HA! What a job.

I'm just curious, did you get any warning before the site was blocked?

Move your site to an offshore hosting, and also use whois protection for your domain. It would be better if you could use the domains which cannot be seized by ICANN or other agencies because of Copyright or other complaints, such domain extensions are .ru and .ch and many more. I hope you can fake your address to some extent and you're not from US/UK/AU etc countries.

Nope, I mean the site isn't 100% blocked, my host blocked the site until I delete the material that is copyrighted, after that I guess that the will unlock my site.
Btw they told me that If I keep receiving DMCA they will kick out me of their services.

I think I won't upload more images from the 2 sites that were in DMCA ticket. If they kick out me of their services i'll be change the server because now im out of money hehe, thanks people!
