Suggest Tier 1 Sites for Spun Content

Can you please suggest a few websites which can be used for tier I links, where "not so good" content (spun or badly written content) is unlikely to be deleted?

Edit: I am referring to content that is added manually.... not automated links.

I meant manually added content...but which is poorly written.
