Not off to a good start with KM. I purchased a lifetime license a few hours ago and received a payment confirmation from Avangate almost immediately, but I still do not have access to KM. There's no active subscriptions linked to my account and my payment history is empty. Order reference number ending in 579.
Generally when you place an order online you are redirected to a confirmation page with your order details. But instead of providing me with details about my order or how to access my copy KM you have a thank you page pushing me to buy another one of your services for $200/mo? Not a fan of this and leaves me with a poor impression of your business.
UPDATE: My subscription was finally approved and I now have access to KM
