I'm only going to respond this thread once. I don't believe you can as it interferes with site navigation.

Site behavior
Sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate. Sites may not change user preferences, redirect users to unwanted websites, initiate downloads, include malware or contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation.

Next time, don't create misleading titles to get attention. It's more likely to attract members who don't know the answer to your question, and thus it's a silly tactic.

PS - OP, terrible idea using random title because although it gets peoples interest its not going to get anyone (neccesarily) who knows the answer to your question.
Its a bit like selling cars on your website but having your Title and Description tags have something completely random in them.
