dude, DO NOT give false # for SS# when asked. That is a potential felony charge. Also, I'm not sure your business paypal name has to match your LLC name, because you're allowed to do business via DBA's. I have had paypal name as my eBay store name and LLC name as something else DBA paypal name and I haven't had any problems.

no, one tax ID one paypal. Actually one of everything for each paypal. The thing is LLCs are allowed to own other LLCs so you can set up a holding LLC which controls all the others and hide your true identity behind the holding LLC of which you don't link to anything, ever.

The thing is with PP requesting SSN on Business accounts is something unheard of. How can you request SSN on a company owned by few people?

SSN (I never said to use an existing one, it's one of the solution that works). And if PP were to check for that SSN, they would have figured that it is NO MATCH but they dont that.

1) You should slowly build up they are going to keep an eye on readmitted accounts.
2) You do not want to link paypal accounts.
3) There is no way around it. Best way to keep track of accounts is to add user accounts on windows and have use a dedicated vpn for each ebay account/paypal account.
4) Do not create new paypal accounts using same information. They find this suspicious and can limit your account.

That is so true Paypal only lets you have 2 accounts with the same information 1 personal and 1 business anymore than that you your probably going to get limited at some point

The best method is to provide a legit tax id first. Once they have a legit tax id they don't bother you.

The act of presenting a false number when asked for a SS# can in itself be a felony, although is law is not set in stone. The law itself says that it's a felony if you provide false SS# for financial gain such as obtaining goods, services, or credit, but some courts have ruled that it's not a felony if you are not actively trying to steal someone's identity.

PP doesn't really care. But if s#it hits the fan, you don't want to be having this on top of whatever else you're facing.

Also, I've been telling people that at some point paypal will want to be treated like a bank from the govt. (Too much money in it for them in the long run not to do it) And if that ever happens getting PP account with false SS# will definitely become a felony.
