CPALead isn't counting correctly, doesn't unlock.

Honestly, I am fed up....

I have sent my content locked site to people and I have got replies back that they completed the surveys and the page didn't unlock.

One visitor from Australia sent me screenshots that they have completed it. The stats show that the surveys had clicks but no leads. Ok, I thought he was lying.

Then another visitor from an Arabic country sent me screenshots that he downloaded all of the mobile apps, but still didn't unlock. The stats didn't even show him visiting the content locked page, but he sent me screenshots. OK

I was angry, and did the mobile installs myself. Still no unlock. Went to visit my statistics, and it only shows the clicks from my country.
Honestly... what the hell is this?
Please, help me what to do in this situation.

Not sure what the reason could be but i stopped using CPAlead recently due to having no leads from quality traffic, have you contacted them?

Same here. switched from CPA Lead to revenyou + OgMobi. They are clearly shaving leads and I don't know what the hell they did to their algorithm, but its clearly not working anymore

Regarding pixel fires. That's controlled on the advertiser side and when they fire back, it flows through CPAlead. It should be a straight forward process. For apps, just remember that downloading an app is different from installing one and advertisers fire on an INSTALL and not a download.

The dude installed the application, the other completed the survey. The dash doesn't even show the download.
I did it personally, and it didn't even count mine as a lead. I installed the app from mobile...

There are many factors to consider here from antivirus software blocking installs, to improper geographic installations not registering, etc... Some advertisers likely failed to correctly setup their postback functionality as well. All of these factors work together to make it so revenue is easily lost. A workaround is setting up your own content locker with Geo-Redirect and postback functionality. Of course you want to be sure to only use incent offers from your CPA networks.
