My Google play developer account got suspended today for BULLSHIT reasons. I know I can't create a new account on my PC. What if I create a new account a new PC, upload an app, then start uploading more from the banned PC. Will they suspend my account? I mean, all I'm doing is accessing the account (which was created from another PC.) on my banned one. It's like your at a friends house and you say "mind if I log in to my GP dev account and upload my app real quick?" but your friends PC had a suspended dev account on it. Can they still suspend my account.

hi
they blacklist the ip address...you need a new fresh ip for your future accounts

a private proxy is best solution for you

Ip address/MAC and computer SSID

All three are embedded into your keystore.

Request a new IP from your ISP.
REplace primary network adaptor
rebuild your PC (or use a vm)

start again

i do not think they can get the MAC address...a friend uses only anonymous proxy for each accounts and for each browser ...

Your suggested logical argument with G wont hold water. The answer to your question is that you need to recreate these apps from a PC that won't leave a trace/trail back to you or your machine as the original creator. You are in for a long hard road in my opinion unless you work out why your original account got banned, and avoid those mistakes while also implementing an on-going solution should you face this challenge again in the future.

Account creation isn't that hard, but if you intend to re-use things along the way ... it starts to get convoluted and real easy for G to find your errors.

Will this CMD command work for gaining a new IP address

"Click Start->Run, type cmd and press Enter. Type ipconfig /release at the prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IPconfiguration. Type ipconfig /renew at the prompt window, press Enter, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer."

Anybody know the answer to my post above?

Bro google does not only tracks ip and that command will not work. You have to have a dynamic ip ISP. Just go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and note your ip after that restart your router/modem and wait for 2-3 mins to reconnect. Check your ip again if it is the same ip as before u have a static ip.

As i told you before they do not only track ip. I am not 100% sure but changing mac address wouldn't make it diffrent too.

My suggestion is to get a windows vps from https://poweruphosting.com/ for 15 dollars and use rdp. That is the easiest way for you now.

Ok Thanks but does this apply to just creating the account? Like I mentioned in my original post. Can I create an account from another PC on another IP, upload an app and then return to my current setup with the tracked IP and upload more?

No i don't think you can. From my experience with adwords as soon as they detect you logging in from the banned ip/comp whatever method they are using they will probably ban the new account too.

new pc, new ip, new apps created on the new pc
These things you will surely need. I have had many suspended accounts and I just uploaded the same app from the same pc and they always suspended me again. Learned my lesson, I do not deal with them anymore, just found another journey instead. :P

I made a new account from my college library and uploaded an app from my suspended account BUT with new keystore, new package name, new set of icons, and new ad provider. Hopefully it will work. I eill however have to go to library every time I need to check or upload an app.

Hi,

Buy a cheap RDP from any RDP provider for $10/month and then buy a Google Play account from there if you have an unused credit card, or else you can buy a ready made Google Play dev account, and use it in the RDP, I use more than 2 accounts in the Same RDP, but different browsers.

Contact me if you need more infos about this ( where to buy Gplay dev accounts and RDP... )

Good luck
