The process is pretty simple:
1. Download your blog with /api/v1/feed/user/USER_PK/
2. Select pictures based on user preferences.
3. Delete them one by one using /api/v1/media/MEDIA_ID/delete/

Risto do you reccommend MassPlannar or FollowLiker? didn't know MP had an option, would be useful in future thank you!
MP doesn't work so well if you add several accounts. I manage 16 Instagram accounts with it and today I noticed that the tool didn't followed any people for 4h. I don't know what the problem is but I'm very angry. I send them an email and they didn't answered me at all. Another time when I had some issues with a campaign they didn't fixed my bug. They answered my emails every few hours and didn't gave me any solution. Support is very bad for MP.
Well i am managing around 30 accounts and i never had issues with following/unfollowing, the only issues i had were once or twice at the campaign level there were about posting pictures sometimes it gave me a timeout, but when i restarted the bot everything goes very smoothly (this issue happened 2 times in a week)
I think massplanner has a lot of more options then FL, regarding to pictures you can schedule what pictures should be removed (provide the URLs) , Direct Message management (read, reply, etc), edit profiles (Bio, change pictures, etc) and a great feature that i love is to prepare a campaign to multiple profiles (what MP calls destinations) and then publish to each profile different pictures that are in the queue, so every profile never publish the same pictures.
I am managing 30 IG accounts and thing are going smoothly but bear in mind the more accounts you have and the higher the number of tasks you have the higher will be the required resources in your VPS

My only issue with MassPlanner is the cost. You cant do any serious botting with it without spending a fortune. MassPlanner only makes sense to help you manage accounts not for botting with hundreds of accounts. Unless they have a reasonable unlimited plan i dont know about.
Try not to delete all your photos. You can get banned very fast.
