New to IG/Password reset

Hey guys im currently running my first IG account. Ive been posting 2-3 pics a day and following people manually about 50-75 per hour on average and sometimes like pictures. Just now I got my first password reset after posting a pic. Why did I get this and what can I do to prevent this from happening again? I dont want to lose my account. Thanks!

UPDATE: today i got a phone verification when i opened the app and another password reset. I barely followed any one since yesterday, maybe 100 follows/unfollows in one day. Ive only been going on the account on my home wifi and 4g LTE since yesterday. Any advice? Should i just stop using the account for a few days or what?

Seems like you've hit the IG follow or like limit. Be less active.
There are people here who lost accounts with 130K followers, that hurts.

so just follow less per hour or follow people less all together like maybe every other hour? whats instagrams limit on this?
And yeah that does hurt, I currently have 32.9k

I just lost an account an hour back. 1 week old account 500+ followers, it asked to reverify phone, I changed to a new number and after putting in the verification code I got the golden quote "

In your case it seems that you're not hitting a follow or like limit. You're probably making too much activity overall. More than a normal human does. Try to follow/like less per hour and stretch your activity across the day.

okay I'm getting about 700-900 likes per photo so it's a decently engaged page. I'll lower my follow/unfollow to maybe 50 per every 2 hrs instead of every hour and see how that goes. How many times can the password reset happen before a ban or no one really knows?

Can't say. Too much variables as to why IG reset password. My guess is that you used a different ip. Stick to same ip all the time.

really? how can I do that? just only go on the account on my home wifi? also what about switching between my personal and this account?

700-900 likes on a 32.9K page? Engagement seems very low on that page you are botting on. Looks like you have around 2.13% - 2.74% (Estimate since I don't know your page) engagement.

I dont bot at all, everything following and unfollowing is manual.

Yes, stop using the acc for a few days. Longer the better. IG must have flagged your acc for doing something they didn't like.
