I've had no luck with creating an account also. I've been using Bing Ads for 2+ years now so I know how it works. I've tried numerous times with COMPLETELY DIFFERENT information (Names, Address, Card, Bank Info, etc) yet it still bans me after I put a campaign up. I have no idea what the problem might be. Any helpful info on how I can get a Bing Ads account would be great.

What letusshare posted above you is correct... I cannot prove this, but it has happened to me with totally new information (name, address, billing, etc.) Everything is fine until we add campaigns... their system I believe sends some kind of message/signal and our account gets disabled.

As most of you said above, your account gets banned after you add the campaing, so we can assume your ban has something to do with the campaign. Maybe you have had the exact same campaign on another account and that's how they link your accounts?
I've been creating bing accounts successfully for the last few months with only 1 account getting banned. It works fine with direct links or landing pages. Feel free to add me to skype to discuss, I can share some ideas I have about creating accounts.

I'm getting a loop back to the login page... doesnt say banned, itll just loop back. On several accounts... Also there calling the #'s now when you register, I noticed this the other day.

Bing account working, but maybe you go wrong way with landing page campaign, first check on chat if get approved.
