Actually, the post is still pretty relevant to the questions a LOT of people are having at the moment. While $20/day may not seem like much, and low goal, $20 a day is $600 a month and thats a total lifestyle change for some people.

$20 is totally possible if you already have a little bit of money to invest to get started. Someone I just talked to recently started with just $50 and is buying cell phone cases on eBay and reselling them on Craigslist and eBay for a profit, and he just hit his $20/day mark. Someone I started talking to about 3 months ago is already making $1200 in profit a month and he got started with just $100, but going to find parts cars and listing the parts on eBay.

Hey socialmediahero, are you still on the forum? I've been out of ebay for awhile, want to get back on it and Amazon. Any tips/advise on whether it's still worth it would be great.

$20/day is just a tip of the iceberg. Some people claim to make $50,75,100+ per day. I personally haven't reached that level yet because I don't want to dedicate THAT much time but it's possible if you really want to immerse yourself in it.

Of course it is possible to make this amount. Selling direct stock on hands through channels like ebay or amazon. Even doing dropshipping will make you more than that.

Yes it has been and is. There are endless oppurtunities to provide better experiences for end users. You just gotta be willing to examine whats working and keep testing viable product offerings until you find one that sticks.
