I really really REALLY don't think anybody with a powersellering eBay account is selling it. If they are it'l be a private thing.. No marketplace for those

why does it have to be a powerseller? in my experience there's no difference between powerseller vs non powerseller acconts when it comes to sales

Put in the hard work and build one yourself! Seems this would feel a world better than buying one.
But it's totally up to you of course.

Try posting everywhere you can in forums, CL, classifieds etc. Just might be contacted by someone who is selling one. Or if you have a huge contacts list, send out some messages.
