I am thinking of taking the ultimate package for a single website for 3-4 high competitive keywords with searches of above 100k Worldwide :/ What do you think ? Will it look spammy ? Or can we increase the TAT to 30-40 days to make it look all natural ?

No issues in taking ultimate pack for single pack. It doesn't look like spammy. We can increase the TAT for around 15 to 20 days as much as possible
