Wordpress site hacked by Bangladeshi Hacker!

Same happened to me, I was able to recover all the times though. http://onlinesidehustle.com/help-wordpress-website-got-hacked/ This is just the work of script kiddies who aren't even really hacking.. it's more of an annoyance than anything, I've always been able to recover my files, but you should definitely look into upping your WP security. Scan site, update WP and plugins, check file permissions, scan site and also use strong WP password and you should be ok.

...a site i maintain for a friend was 'hacked' by a 'group' going by the name: "united bangladeshi hackers" supposedly at the website: ubhteam dot org which directs to the url: ww1 dot ubhteam dot org... anyway, hoping to learn from this and how to prevent such intrusion in the future... the site uses wordfence and is occasionally scanned by sucuri dot net... (love this black background - such a relief from glaring white backgrounds...!)
