Seeking advice on IP Rotation for an Email SMTP server

I have a guy building me a VPS Email Server - and I'm looking to inbox about 2K a day.

Here are some very basic specs:

- IEM Interspire
- PMTA
- SMTP, DKIM, SPF etc

Here's my question: I've been asked to source 20 IP addresses that can be used in rotation to send out the mail....

Are IP's and Proxies the same thing? When I try to find a place to buy IPv4 addresses they are very expensive.

What have I misunderstood? Can someone point me to a marketplace to buy IPv4's that can be used effectively for mail servers?

You need a server with 20 IPs assigned. IPs and proxies are different. IMO you don't need 20 IPs for just 2K mails per day. IPs are normally like $2 per IP. But you need to have IPs with different subnets (nt just C-class) to avoid getting all IPs blacklisted easily. Such IPs can be like $5 per IP. You can send 2K mails with just 1 IP. Just setup rdns, dkim etc, warm the IPs and then do your spamming. (I mean mailing)

What you can do is, first mail ONLY openers if have them sorted,as whenever I get any new server first thing is do is mail the HQ responsive list, I have compiled myself a openers list so mailing openers first for a few times is a good way to increase ip rep.

Another thing to watch out is volume, if you plan to send 100k per day ten don't start mailing 100k on first day itself, start low and then increase the speed on every next drop(send), start with something like 10k then 20k then 40k then 80k etc.
OFc there are some variables here like how many ips are there etc.

Later on you will also need to sort your list according to GI or TLD.
TLD is top lvl domains like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc and GI means General Internet data like, [email protected], [email protected] etc

So sort them and make a seperate list of each and every domain and mail them individually to compare performance.

By that if you mean when creating a campaign you see an option at bottom where you can send test mails, then its not an issue, as those test mails always go to spam folder. Try sending a campaign...

No, the official campaign (some personal test contact list) goes to SPAM in gmail accounts.

Its good for you to ip rotation for every mails to reach your mails to be inboxed though your email campaigns should not be spams.if its spam then all it wll goes to spam though you have good ip rotations...contact me in skype for more details

No, IPs are clean, I spent a lot of time to get this good IPs, it's something about the fact that IPs are cold.

I don't want to use this for spamming, just to manage subscriptions, I won't ever send SPAM neither, since I hate it, but I do want to grow with the time and sell this service to furure new clients.

Right now, I do have about 20k subscribers, so that's not many traffic for warming up cold IPs, but I do need to get the point about all this.

As we checked Hide ip is really not using such a things coz though you use hide ip the program will taking your primary ip for sending mails

find an affordable VPS with the number of IPs you need, with open port 25
pmta can work with VPS with RAM 1 GB

for 2K a day you dont need many IPs, 2 are ok, just to learn how to config pmta ip rotation
later on you can add more IPs if needed or more VPS servers
