Hello everyone! I know some of you may dislike me creating this thread, but I am doing it because I could really use some advice. I am unsure what method I should use to start earning money. I have made a list below of the methods that I am thinking of, but I don't know which would be best for me. I am a teenager in the United States and I have about 5-10 hours a week to dedicate to IM. I know its not a lot but I also don't have high hopes. I am fine making a dollar or two a day for quite a while although my main goal would be to be able to reach at least $10 a day in a matter of a month. Another one of my limitations is my budget. Ideally I would like to have to invest nothing, but I know this is unrealistic. I have decided that $10 is about what I would like the maximum start up cost to be (domain and hosting). If I chose to do something that requires articles I will just write them myself as I believe I am a pretty strong writer and I will be able to save money doing so.

I attempted an Instagram journey in the past. It was right when I joined this forum. I was in very much over my head and ended up quitting it and exploring other methods. I know that quitting is a huge mistake that members make and is quite annoying to you guys. I have been reading this forum for over a month now (just casually) so I think I know what I am getting myself into if I just pick the right method.

The methods I have been deciding between is:

1. Meathead's- it is a very classic method, but I am kind of afraid of click bank since I have read that the return rate is high, there is a lot of competition, and the products are mostly crap

2. Social Media + CPA. I think I would specifically use twitter since there are plenty of free services to automatically post. What scares me away is the investment to buy a bot, the time it takes to build an account, and the risk of being banned for posting a cpa link. I know this one will require a ton of effort also.

3. Social Media + Website + ads on website. Similar to method #2 only I would create a website and place ads on it. Unfortunately I cannot use AdSense though so I would have to use a competitor such as media.net

4. YouTube + PPD Kind old and saturated I believe

I would of course be open to any other methods that would be suggested and I appreciate your input greatly.

I forgot to mention that I cannot use Amazon Aff. + SEO due to tax reasons otherwise I would totally do that. :(.

Unfortunately nobody will pick for you. You will not make money unless you are willing to take risk (I'm not talking about investing money), and taking risk also means taking your own decision most importantly and failing, and understand why you failed.

So grab your guts and go deep in a method. Fail and retry, learn ont he way. All those things, we can't do them for you.

Stop doing "money making methods" and learn SEO.

I fell into that trap my first few months here and then I learned SEO, the rest is history.

Why are you so afraid of taxes, you can't escape from taxes, bills and death.

I suggest you the meathead method. You only need a domain and hosting for that. You can get a ".com" domain from godaddy with coupons for $1 or smth (you need to have a CC for that though). Alternatives would be ".xyz" (can get for free from several places) or blogspot/wordpress/some other web 2.0. As for hosting, you can get really nice free hosting from some providers. I know that awardspace has really solid free hosting (you need to read about their bandwidth limits though).

Don't worry about the refund rate. Pick a product that doesn't look like a scam and you find comfortable promoting.

Good luck!

I thought about that and I think I could do it really well but I don't know what I would promote on my website (cpa, ads, affiliate)

Thankyou for the xyz and awardspace suggestion and your encouragement!

How are taxes stopping you to do amazon and seo?

THanks for the encouragement. I am sure I will be all in by the end of this week

1) 5-10 hours a week
2) Afraid of risk
3) $10 max start up cost

I'm gonna be blunt with you OP. Just to put this IM shit into perspective.

1) I have all the time I need.
2) I'm afraid of not taking risks.
3) I have thousands to invest every month in IM as needed.

24 hosting accounts, registration fees, sucuri, 2 servers, semi dedicated proxies, dedicated proxies, dhg pro, majestic, gsa, scrapebox, indexification, claimsocials, the best spinner, email accounts, blah blah blah.

4) I'm not unique. There are many others out there who have way more money & resources than I do.

Question: How do you plan on competing with people like me?

With $10??? A few hours per week? A fear of taking risks?

My advice, go get a job that pays tips. Even if you had thousands to invest you still need time to learn the craft. With your current mentality, just thinking that $10 is an "investment" I can guarantee you don't have the mindset, attitude or virtually anything required to be successful in this field.

I hope I'm wrong. But even when I was a noob I instinctively knew I needed to dedicate a lot of time upfront, have money in my bank and not be afraid to take risks. I think I blew $1000 just on fiver my first 3 months. That was for random ass shit like logos, likes, reviews, graphics, forms, coding, indexing, links, all types of shit.

With the resources you have expect be making money by 2020 if you're lucky.

#1 and #3 are still ok, but #2 (as mentioned by BB) have already killed any hopes for you. So what should you do NOW? Answer this and you're on your way -- both ways depending on what it is! Ability to learn fast, attitude towards any hurdles you face, and determination to bypass it quickly, and taking appropriate and fast actions are only a few of the top requirements which will make or break it for you in anything you face in life.

I think you have already made up your mind that you can't do it.... Isn't that so? Answer only after proper introspection.

I know its not a lot but I also don't have high hopes.
