There was a great website I found and I can't remember, it had a list of email list sellers, with email count, etc

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Well, you can buy 1 million list for $200 or so as well, but keep in mind you get what you pay for
Collect those emails yourself, that's the safest way and then you know that those emails will be quality emails

Watch out for guys asking for samples claiming to want to buy email databases don't buy anything. Could be honey potting your email databases
