I need to: Set up simple "redirect all links to CPA offer" script

I want someone to help me set up a site like that.

So that any link on the site redirects to a page that has my CPA survey they have to complete...then after they submit it, they can continue on to the download link.

This has to be very easy for someone to do in a matter of minutes. I just don't have the knowledge. Paying $15 paypal.

Simple, just code ************** gateway and you're good to go.

Haven't looked at that thread yet, but that's what you need. It'll lock the page/post until the survey is completed and then unlock after successful completion.
