First of all, thank you for all the great information you offered here, for free. It quite helped me with my journey with IM.
I'm just starting a new project right now, so I'm willing to ask you a few tips in order to gain some conversions.


I just launched a soccer tips website (well, it's about a month old) and I want to ask you what can I do to get conversions. I'm currently using Bing, it gives me some traffic and subscriptions, but no conversions at all.


What do you recommend me to try in order to get the so wanted conversions ?

Secondly, how good are your picks? If you have free membership with good picks, it's only a matter of time before you can convert them into paid picks.

I analyzed the competition and tried to follow their model (I know that is working for them due to an "insider" person). Also, there are alot of people interested into this kind of service (from the mails i received), but they are afraid to subscribe because of the many scammers out there.
I offer a single free pick for freshly registered members and even though I have a wining percentage of 70% with these, no one seems to be interested into subscribing.
