Verify a new Google adwords account without suspend

I'm a new member. Hope can get your kindly help and support

I want to know the best way to verify a new Google adwords account without suspend, and then can create a new advertisement campaign fastest as possible (within 5 minutes).

This is the way I did : I usually verify Google adwords account by VCC, take the real payment information from the Google Maps, change the IP by using USB 3G, fake Mac Address of network cards, change my computer's name and use the software of deep freez my computer.
About my website: I use new domain, even I use cloaker

Although I did all the below steps, my Google adwords account is always reviewed within 2-3 days or suspended.

Therefore Anyone can help me the way that I can delete all the old history of my Google adwords account and create a new Google adwords account in order to avoid reviewing and suspend by Google ? and the way to create a new advertisement campaign fastest as possible (within 5 minutes) ?

By the way, anybody know that Google collect which information from website, computer, IP, domain ?

My tip to you is this, only a select few vccs can work.others will be suspended.now what you have to do is this.use a real bank card and a different PC.

Change your ip, use Cleaner and buy a verifed adwords account

Adwords has been banning nearly all accounts with VCC. Currently only a few VCC and only in certain territories are allowed. An adwords account will get reviewed no matter what you do.

As rome was not built in a day, similarly adwords has its own process which takes some time, everything cannot be immediate, yes if the niche is fully legit then ofcourse the ads start running in 2-3 hours, else adwords reviews every account and that cannot be surpassed, so you have to be a bit patient in this issue as I see in most of your posts that you require review to be over in one day and raise budget without review in one day, be practical and then start working with adwords, everything is possible here but nothing is instant.
