I do agree it was good in the past but now the service has become worst over time.

Nice to see that I'm not the only one who's having trouble with servinio.
Read an email from servinio, announcing the owner change and saying that "service will be maintaned on the same level"... this is nothing, but load of shit.
My website load time is much higher, often offline and 24 hours since opening a ticket, yet no reply... really great service.
I do not recommend this hosting.

was a servinio customer for a little under a year... they got bought... issues taking forever to resolve and hosting speeds went down hill.. tried to pay my bill 10 days ago.... PP said the payment was waiting to get accepted... Never saw they before, contacted edgeserv on the 10th.... on the 12th the rep responded "looking into this... just got another invoice with a late fee... checked the ticket and there have been no updates...
I'm happy that the dude who used to own servinio got paid and made money from his work.. but the ppl who bought it are fools. Most of the ppl who use servinio are tech savvy and BHers no one is going to put up with this bullshit. lol. anyway. luckily for me, i only have one site with them and i use it as a traffic funnel so i can more more easily. Feel bad for anyone who used them for something like SEO.

I AM VERY FURIOUS with Edgeserv that taking over Servinio.
The original Servinio was good and ain't bulshit at all.
My Website down EVERYDAY since last week and I can't even access cPanel, not even through IP address to download all my website, databases and emails to move to new server.
THIS IS BAD, guys stay away from them....

Same for me, it seems as Edgeserv is doing another migration. I got a new cPanel address but that isn't working either. 48 hours since the last reply almost. Anyone who has an issue, open a ticket.
