This is the case only if you use the Featured apps. But,you have an option to upload your own files so if you do supply said hacks/cracks,then I see no reason for you to get flagged for false advertising.
Exactly. Looks like using "Hack/crack" is getting them videos flagged automatically so stay away from those.
Also it's good to use a landing page before you redirect them to your offers.
Why not try CPI with your videos? You'll see more conversions if it's mobile traffic.

I think most of the networks auto approve you. I've only worked with Revenyou and Purebits and they both approve instantly as far as I can remember.

The remaining 2/6 videos,I didn't need to boost anything as they ranked instantly and I had organic traffic and installs which actually gave them a working crack.

No they don't pay through PayPal anymore sadly.I stopped working on CPA/PPI months ago. Didn't know that Revenyou is still doing okay. Are they still paying thru PayPal?
